Here's a little preview: What can you tell me about your methodological approach?

“The socioeconomic paradigm of 'social generativity' – developed in Italy by the research group led by Professor Mauro Magatti – is the approach chosen to guide the activities of the Community Foundation. It represents a new way of thinking and acting, both personally and collectively, that speaks to the possibility of a type of socially oriented, creative, connective, productive, and responsible action, capable of positively impacting the ways of producing, innovating, inhabiting, caring, organizing, investing, thereby breathing new life into them. Beyond the biological aspect (bringing a child into the world), 'generating' is an expression of that inner energy that opens people up to the world and others, enabling them to act effectively and creatively contribute to their surroundings. By equipping individuals and groups with new capacities to act and participate, improving the environment and making people and communities/contexts responsible, consciously contributing to cultural change through the testimony of their own actions, generative organizations invest contributively in new social infrastructures and regenerate common goods, shared meanings, collective identities, individual abilities, and sustainable forms of work and production.
