- Training course: A program designed for students, focusing on digital critical thinking, fact-checking, and promoting a balanced lifestyle.
- Interactive website: An online platform filled with useful resources, including a section comparing nutritional fake news with verified data.
A Gathering Full of Ideas and Dialogue
The final event brought together young people, experts, nutritionists, chefs, and gastronomy professionals who contributed to creating a stimulating and constructive dialogue. Through moments of discussion and practical demonstrations, participants analyzed and debunked some of the most widespread myths on social media.
Attendees had the chance to share personal experiences, clarify doubts, and learn practical tools to distinguish between reliable and misleading information, thereby safeguarding their health and well-being.
The final event marked the culmination of a significant journey while simultaneously laying the foundation for a network of knowledge and awareness, promoting healthy education on digital information.
