UP2YOU: the Project Management micro-course begins

The UP2YOU project, supported by the Erasmus+ program and co-financed by SEPIE, has launched a Project Management micro-course created by the Fondazione Comunitaria di Agrigento e Trapani. Its aim is to strengthen project management skills among young people and associations, equipping them to lead sustainable and inclusive community initiatives.
Course Goals and Vision
Following a careful assessment of Third Sector organizations’ needs, the course was developed to address managerial and operational gaps. UP2YOU bridges the gap between academia and civil society, preparing participants with essential practical skills for community-driven projects.

Course Structure
Available on the University Link Campus Smartlearn Online System, the Master your Project: Project Management Microcourse is free and comprises four learning units:
- Project Cycle Management and Planning
- Risk Management and Problem Solving
- Monitoring, Evaluation, and Documentation
- Internal Communication, Time Management, and Task Delegation
