Project objective
Our goal is to enhance the role of young people and their full involvement as key resources for social change and sustainable development in their communities and at European level.
Target audience
The project targets two main target groups:
- Young educators and youth workers aged 26 to 35 who work with girls and boys living in situations of socioeconomic disadvantage and at risk of social exclusion and educational poverty.
- Young girls and boys aged 16 to 25 living in situations of socioeconomic disadvantage and at risk of social exclusion and educational poverty.
Activities
The project promotes 5 main actions to combat youth educational poverty, while fostering processes of active participation and social responsibility among young people and youth workers:
Identifying socioeconomic vulnerabilities and challenges in terms of educational poverty at community level among young people, within the framework of the post Covid-19 social recovery process at local level
Developing and validating an innovative "Local Youth Incubators" model, based on non-formal learning and designed to promote inclusive sustainable development at local level through active citizenship and youth empowerment
Implementation of 1 transnational training course on "Social generativity, theory of change and project management" to exchange learning experiences between young people and youth workers within the Local Youth Incubators in all communities involved
20 projects in total designed, implemented and evaluated by young leaders within the Local Youth Incubators programme
Creation of open educational resources (OER such as e-learning platforms, toolkits and recommendations) to promote the replication and transferability of the impact and results of the projects to a wider audience of youth workers, young leaders, key stakeholders and policymakers from local to European level
Impact
20 youth workers will be involved in the coordination of local youth incubators and will take part in a transnational training course
20 young girls and boys will develop their project ideas in their reference communities and take part in a transnational seminar in Greece for the exchange of good practices
200 media channels will disseminate the activities and impact of the project
More than 150 local stakeholders will be involved in dissemination events

The project aims to promote a sustainable management of European agricultural resources, placing viticulture as a driving sector in the ecological transition. Through the use of artificial intelligence and innovative digital tools, the initiative intends to provide new skills to agricultural professionals and improve the training offer in vocational education and training (VET). With a collaborative approach between European institutions, agricultural producers and educators, the project seeks to strengthen the European network in viticulture, increase individual competitiveness and ensure an inclusive and sustainable transition towards new models of agroecological management.
