Bilancio Sociale 2022: Legàmi di comunità
La trasparenza è un principio cardine per la Fondazione di Comunità: caratterizza il nostro agire. Il bilancio sociale è quindi per noi uno strumento di rendicontazione delle responsabilità, dei comportamenti e dei risultati sociali, ambientali ed economici delle attività svolte.Di seguito trovate la “Lettera alla Comunità” con la quale presentiamo il senso del lavoro svolto nel corso dello scorso anno ed alla fine il Bilancio Sociale completo da poter scaricare e leggere.Legàmi di comunitàLa saggezza dei nostri nonni ci consegna un gesto tanto semplice quanto potente: stringere nodi per fare memoria, per non dimenticare qualcosa di importante o di urgente dentro al correre della quotidianità. Un nodo come elemento evidente, tangibile, che per la sua etimologia diventa segno di un vincolo, di un legame, di una promessa. Non a caso, nella pedagogia educativa scout il momento delle promesse è accompagnato dalla consegna di un fazzolettone con al centro un nodo, simbolo di appartenenza ed impegno. Noi facciamo, stringiamo, allentiamo, riannodiamo nodi. Noi generiamo, stringiamo, allentiamo, riannodiamo legami. Gli stessi verbi e le stesse dinamiche messi in gioco, in entrambi i casi, come (im)pegno nei confronti della memoria e del prendersi cura di qualcuno, di qualcosa. Il 2022 è stato l'anno dei legami per la Fondazione Comunitaria: legami e sinergie nati per dare, al tempo stesso, radici e ali ai desideri del prendersi “cura” e di sviluppo di una comunità, la nostra comunità. Il 2022 è stato per la Fondazione Comunitaria stato l’anno dei legami di comunità. In questo momento redigere il bilancio sociale diventa allora l’occasione per ripensare con gratitudine e rinnovato impegno a quanto compiuto, alle persone incontrate, ai progetti realizzati, alle opportunità colte, alle alleanze costruite. Ci siamo messi in ascolto dei territori, delle persone, delle organizzazioni e abbiamo stretto alleanze, coltivato la fiducia, tenuto insieme visione e concretezza, tessuto rapporti di operosa collaborazione con il fine ultimo di lavorare insieme per il bene comune. Abbiamo compiuto azioni di sistema col chiaro intento di scrivere una nuova narrazione a fronte delle complesse e multiformi problematiche che determinano ancora forti disuguaglianze sociali ed economiche. Al cuore di questa narrazione ci sono le risposte che abbiamo costruito insieme, a partire dai legami di comunità stretti nei seguenti ambiti nodali: sviluppo delle comunità locali, educazione e contrasto della povertà educativa minorile, economia sociale e solidale, sostenibilità. Ripensare adesso a queste risposte è come rivedere una trama preziosa e sorprendersi, girandola, della bellezza che ha origine dagli intrecci di innumerevoli fili che si stringono a formare nodi unici: siamo fili della stessa trama e la felicità non è mai una questione privata.

Transparency is a cardinal principle for the Community Foundation: it characterises our actions. The Social Report is therefore for us a tool for reporting on the responsibilities and social, environmental and economic results of our activities. Below you will find the "Letter to the Community" with which we present the sense of the work carried out over the past year, and at the end the complete Social Report for you to download and read.Community tiesThe wisdom of our grandparents gives us a gesture that is as simple as it is powerful: tying knots to make a memory, so as not to forget something important or urgent in the rush of everyday life. A knot as an evident, tangible element, which by its etymology becomes a sign of a bond, a tie, a promise. It is no coincidence that in Scout educational pedagogy, the moment of promises is accompanied by the handing over of a kerchief with a knot in the centre, a symbol of belonging and commitment. We make, tighten, loosen, tie knots. We make, we tighten, we loosen, we tie again. The same verbs and dynamics brought into play, in both cases, as commitment to memory and to caring for someone, for something. 2022 was the year of bonds for the Community Foundation: bonds and synergies born to give, at the same time, roots and wings to the desires of taking 'care' of and developing a community, our community. For the Community Foundation, 2022 was the year of community ties. At this time, drawing up the social report then becomes an opportunity to look back with gratitude and renewed commitment at what has been accomplished, the people met, the projects implemented, the opportunities seized, the alliances built. We have listened to the territories, the people, the organisations and we have forged alliances, cultivated trust, held together vision and concreteness, woven relationships of hard-working collaboration with the ultimate goal of working together for the common good. We have carried out systemic actions with the clear intention of writing a new narrative in the face of the complex and multifaceted issues that still determine strong social and economic inequalities. At the heart of this narrative are the responses we have built together, starting with the community ties we have forged in the following nodal areas: local community development, education and combating child poverty, social and solidarity-based economy, and sustainability. Thinking back now on these responses is like reviewing a precious weave and being surprised, as we turn, by the beauty that originates from the interweaving of countless threads that are strung together to form unique knots: we are threads of the same weave and happiness is never a private matter.
