Il Progetto
Il progetto Sound of Entrepreneurship mira a rafforzare le competenze e le abilità imprenditoriali degli adulti che lavorano nel settore musicale, migliorando le loro opportunità di inserimento lavorativo e autoimprenditorialità attraverso lo sviluppo di capacità e l’innovazione. L’azione mira a sostenere la resilienza del settore culturale e creativo affrontando l’impatto della pandemia Covid 19.
Il FOCUS GROUP & INTERVIEW rappresenta il primo step per lo sviluppo di nuove metodologie e strumenti di apprendimento non formali nel settore musicale, e mira ad approfondire le necessità, preferenze e percezioni dei beneficiari finali del progetto al fine di sviluppare percorsi formative coerenti e funzionali allo scopo. Il Focus group si svolgerà online, al fine di facilitare la partecipazione di professionisti del settore musicale provenienti dalle 3 province di Agrigento, Trapani e Palermo, e sarà registrato.
L’iniziativa è inserita nel merito del progetto “The Sound of Entrepreneurship - Leveraging the Entrepreneurial Competences of Musician To Extenuate the Business Knowledge in time of COVID”, che mira a promuovere la resilienza e l’innovazione nel campo musicale. Il progetto è co-finanziato dal programma Erasmus Plus ed è implementato simultaneamente in Francia, Italia, Cipro, Spagna e Irlanda. Il capofila del progetto è l’International Music Council (Francia), le organizzazioni partner sono Fondazione Comunitaria di Agrigento e Trapani (Italia), PRISM Impresa Sociale (Italia), EnorosConsulting (Cipro), GrowthCoop (Spagna), Instruction and Formation (Irlanda).
I partecipanti interessati a partecipare, dovranno inviare per mail la propria adesione all’indirizzo segreteria@fcagrigentotrapani.it allegando il modulo di adesione scaricabile dal sito debitamente compilato e firmato.
Le candidature devono essere inviate entro il 20 aprile 2022

The Project
The Sound of Entrepreneurship project aims to enhance the competences and entrepreneurial skills of adults working in the music industry, improving their employment opportunities and self-entrepreneurship through capacity building and innovation. It also wishes to create resilience of the cultural and creative sector by addressing the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic.
The FOCUS GROUP & INTERVIEW represents the first step in the development of new methodologies and tools for non-formal learning in the music industry, investigating the needs, preferences and perceptions of the targets of the project in order to develop coherent and functional training strategies.
The focus group will meet up remotely so as to give music industry professionals the chance to attend and will be recorded. Partecipants come from the three provinces of Agrigento, Trapani and Palermo,
The initiative is part of the project "The Sound of Entrepreneurship - Leveraging the Entrepreneurial Competences of Musician To Extenuate the Business Knowledge in time of COVID", which aims to promote resilience and innovation in the music field. The project is co-funded by the Erasmus Plus programme and is implemented simultaneously in France, Italy, Cyprus, Spain and Ireland. The project leader is the International Music Council (France), the partner organisations are the Community Foundation of Agrigento and Trapani (Italy), PRISM Impresa Sociale (Italy), EnorosConsulting (Cyprus), GrowthCoop (Spain), Instruction and Formation (Ireland).
