La Fondazione ottiene l’iscrizione al RUNTS
La Fondazione Comunitaria di Agrigento e Trapani ha ottenuto l’iscrizione al Registro Unico Nazionale del Terzo Settore (RUNTS) nella sezione Enti Filantropici e in qualità di organizzazione dotata di personalità giuridica.
Il Registro Unico Nazionale del Terzo Settore (RUNTS) è il registro telematico istituito presso il Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali in attuazione degli artt. 45 e segg. del Codice del Terzo Settore (Decreto Legislativo 3 luglio 2017, n. 117), per assicurare la piena trasparenza degli enti del Terzo settore (ETS) attraverso la pubblicità degli elementi informativi che vi sono iscritti.
L’iscrizione al RUNTS consente di acquisire la qualifica di Ente del Terzo Settore (ETS), di beneficiare di agevolazioni anche di natura fiscale, di accedere al 5 per mille.
La Fondazione Comunitaria, in quanto iscritta al RUNTS, è un’organizzazione senza scopo di lucro che persegue finalità civiche, solidaristiche e di utilità sociale mediante lo svolgimento, in via esclusiva o principale, di una o più attività di interesse generale.

The Community Foundation of Agrigento and Trapani has obtained registration in the National Single Register of the Third Sector (RUNTS) in the Philanthropic Entities section and as an organization with legal personality.
The National Single Register of the Third Sector (RUNTS) is the electronic register established at the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies in implementation of Articles 45 and following of the Third Sector Code (Legislative Decree July 3, 2017, no. 117), to ensure full transparency of the entities of the Third Sector (ETS) through the publication of the informative elements that are registered there.
Registration in the RUNTS allows acquiring the qualification of a Third Sector Entity (ETS), benefiting from concessions, including fiscal ones, and accessing the 5 per thousand.
The Community Foundation, as registered in the RUNTS, is a non-profit organization that pursues civic, solidarity, and social utility purposes by carrying out, exclusively or principally, one or more activities of general interest.
