"Peer learning" transnazionale ad Agrigento dal 3 al 7 luglio, per il progetto BEYOU.

Grazie al progetto BEYOU co-finanziato dal programma Erasmus+, dal 3 al 7 luglio ad Agrigento si è tenuto il corso transazionale finalizzato a migliorare le competenze nel settore dello youth work (animazione socioeducativa per i giovani) in Europa e a livello locale.Il progetto BEYOU, co-finanziato dal programma Erasmus+, ha ospitato un corso transnazionale dal 3 al 7 luglio ad Agrigento, con l'obiettivo di rafforzare le abilità nello youth work (ovvero, l'animazione socioeducativa per i giovani) sia a livello locale che europeo.

Questo corso, organizzato dalla Fondazione Comunitaria di Agrigento e Trapani, era diretto a operatori giovanili provenienti dai Paesi partecipanti al progetto: Italia, Grecia, Spagna, Romania e Cipro.

Il peer learning è stato promosso attraverso tecniche di apprendimento non formale, focalizzandosi su temi come la generatività sociale, la teoria del cambiamento e la gestione dei progetti. Questo approccio ha permesso ai partecipanti di acquisire nuove competenze, strumenti e una certificazione europea che può arricchire il loro impegno quotidiano con i giovani in difficoltà e farli entrare nel programma "Incubatori giovanili della comunità".

All'interno di questi Incubatori giovanili, gli operatori giovanili guideranno la progettazione e l'attuazione delle idee proposte da giovani a rischio di esclusione sociale, idee che avranno un significativo impatto sociale e contribuiranno allo sviluppo inclusivo, sostenibile e verde delle loro comunità.

L'esperienza formativa ad Agrigento è stata resa ancora più preziosa dalla partecipazione dei rappresentanti di Farm Cultural Park e Tierra, Techo y Trabajo. Insieme agli operatori giovanili, questi colleghi hanno condiviso e discusso le loro esperienze di lavoro e di impegno nel territorio, confrontandosi sulle meravigliose opportunità e le sfide incontrate nel percorso verso lo sviluppo sostenibile a livello comunitario.

L’esperienza degli "Incubatori giovanili di comunità" parte da Agrigento, tracciando insieme il percorso verso gli "Incubatori giovanili locali", garantendo un cambiamento sociale guidato e gestito dai giovani di varie comunità in Europa.

Thanks to the BEYOU project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ program, a transnational course was held in Agrigento from July 3 to 7, aimed at improving skills in the field of youth work (socio-educational animation for young people) both in Europe and at the local level.

The BEYOU project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ program, hosted a transnational course from July 3 to 7 in Agrigento, with the aim of strengthening skills in youth work (i.e., socio-educational animation for young people) both locally and across Europe.

This course, organized by the Community Foundation of Agrigento and Trapani, was aimed at youth workers from the countries participating in the project: Italy, Greece, Spain, Romania, and Cyprus.

Peer learning was promoted through non-formal learning techniques, focusing on topics such as social generativity, change theory, and project management. This approach allowed participants to acquire new skills, tools, and a European certification that can enrich their daily commitment to disadvantaged youth and allow them to join the "Community Youth Incubators" program.

Within these Youth Incubators, the youth workers will guide the design and implementation of ideas proposed by young people at risk of social exclusion, ideas that will have a significant social impact and contribute to the inclusive, sustainable, and green development of their communities.

The educational experience in Agrigento was made even more valuable by the participation of representatives from Farm Cultural Park and Tierra, Techo y Trabajo. Together with the youth workers, these colleagues shared and discussed their work experiences and commitment to the territory, confronting the wonderful opportunities and challenges encountered on the path towards sustainable community development.

The "Community Youth Incubators" experience begins in Agrigento, charting the course towards the "Local Youth Incubators", ensuring a social change led and managed by young people from various communities in Europe.
